SHIPPING & RETURNS

We love what we do and we want you to love what we make. We want you to be happy and we stand behind our product. However, we also realize this is a new product and we appreciate your bold decision to support us and try something new. If you find that it doesn’t fit in with your lifestyle we will accept your return within 30 days from date of purchase. We will also accept returns and exchanges if you find a defect. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired (if possible) at a reasonable charge. For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.

All orders are processed within 2-3 days. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail with a tracking number. USPS Priority Mail takes about 2-3 days domestic and about 6-10 days international. Once SSCY has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, buyer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Other expedited services are also available upon inquiry.

Shipping for a single bag is $14-$9 domestic, $35 Canada, $56 Asia, $54 all others. Shipping for one to two pouches is $6 domestic, $22 Canada, $26 all others. Unfortunately, any customs, duties, or other charges are buyer’s responsibility (Canadian destinations should be duty free). Sorry, we can’t do much about that.
